What you receive
How the work runs
- Step 01
Search and records
We pull the registry index map, deed plan and survey records for your parcel so fieldwork starts from the registered truth, not assumptions.
- Step 02
Field survey
GNSS and total station observations on site, tied to national control, with neighbouring features and any occupation captured.
- Step 03
Computation
Adjustment, coordinate transformation and comparison against the registered boundary, flagging encroachment or discrepancy.
- Step 04
Delivery and lodging
Beacons fixed, plans prepared and, where required, lodged with the county survey office on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does a land survey cost in Kenya?
- Cost depends on parcel size, terrain, location and the type of survey. A boundary survey on a small urban plot is far cheaper than a topographic survey on a large rural farm. Send us the location and approximate size and we return a fixed quotation before any fieldwork starts.
- How long does a boundary survey take?
- Fieldwork on a typical residential plot takes a day. Search, computation, plan preparation and lodging with the relevant survey office usually add two to six weeks depending on the county land office workload.
- What is beacon placement or re-establishment?
- Beacons are the physical markers that define your parcel corners. When beacons are missing, moved or disputed, we recover the original survey record, recompute the coordinates and re-fix the beacons in their correct positions.
- Do you handle boundary disputes?
- Yes. We reconstruct boundaries from the registered survey records and produce a clear report and plan showing the correct position, which can be used in negotiation or presented in court.
- Which documents do I need before a survey?
- A copy of the title deed or allotment letter, the deed plan or registry index map number, and your identification. If any of these are missing we can carry out a search first.
